ABOUT MISSION

Each one of us is part of a community. Our neighbors, our friends, our family. All of them have an impact in our lives. And we on there's. Salem Bible Church is also a community of people who are seeking to follow the teaching of Jesus Christ and to care for the community around us.

But, God also wants our community to EXPAND. He wants it to grow to include those near us, and those far across the globe. He says in Matthew 28:19 "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations..." and in Acts 1:8 "and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."

That is why Salem Bible Church has dedicated itself to helping this to happen. A significant portion of our budget and our effort goes to support missions work around the world. In fact one out of every four dollars goes to missions. We support missionaries who are expanding the community of God, we go on trips ourselves, and we provide programs that help to expand community.
